Delicious Hawaiian roll sliders with ham and Swiss cheese, topped with a rich butter sauce.

- 12 count Hawaiian rolls
- 12 slices deli ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully cut the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place a slice of deli ham on each bottom bun, spreading it evenly.
- Top the ham with slices of Swiss cheese, covering it fully.
- Place the top halves of the buns back on.
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Generously spread the butter sauce over the tops of the assembled sliders.
- Wrap the sliders in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Carefully cut the sliders into individual pieces and serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, choose high-quality deli ham.
- Swiss cheese can be substituted with mozzarella if desired.
