Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Transfer the dry mixture to an airtight container. Label it and keep it in your pantry for quick use.
- In another bowl, combine 1 cup of the pancake mix, milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Stir the batter slowly until combined. Small lumps are fine and help keep pancakes fluffy.
- Warm a nonstick pan or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
