Description

Delicious and healthy muffins made with mashed bananas, almond butter, and protein powder.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mashed banana (225g)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Nuzest Vanilla Protein Powder (48g)
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with 11 paper or silicone muffin liners.
  2. Peel banana and mash in a large mixing bowl. Add in almond butter and eggs.
  3. Mix in protein powder and baking powder.
  4. Scoop the batter into the lined muffin pan, filling each slot nearly to the top.
  5. Place muffins in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

  • For best results, use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
  • Can substitute almond butter with any nut or seed butter of your choice.
