Delicious and healthy muffins made with mashed bananas, almond butter, and protein powder.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed banana (225g)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Nuzest Vanilla Protein Powder (48g)
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin pan with 11 paper or silicone muffin liners.
- Peel banana and mash in a large mixing bowl. Add in almond butter and eggs.
- Mix in protein powder and baking powder.
- Scoop the batter into the lined muffin pan, filling each slot nearly to the top.
- Place muffins in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Notes
- For best results, use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness.
- Can substitute almond butter with any nut or seed butter of your choice.
