Description
A refreshing salad combining ripe avocados, peaches, mozzarella, basil, and a balsamic glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 fresh peaches
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash all fruits and herbs under cold water.
- Slice avocados and peaches into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, gently toss avocado slices and peach wedges without mashing.
- Fold in the fresh mozzarella balls carefully.
- Tear basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad, tossing gently to coat.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper before serving.

- This salad is best served fresh.
- You can add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
