Description

This tahini dressing is perfect for salads, grains, or as a dip!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice (~1 large lemon)
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • dash black pepper
  • ¼ cup water (more as needed to thin it out)

Instructions

  1. Option 1: add all the dressing ingredients to a food processor and blend for 30 seconds-1 minute until smooth. Add more water to thin it out as needed.
  2. Option 2: finely mince or grate the garlic. Then add all the dressing ingredients to a small bowl or measuring cup. Whisk until emulsified or use an immersion blender to smooth it out. Add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.

  • This dressing can be adjusted to your preferred thickness by adding more or less water.
