Description

This creamy banana oat smoothie is a delicious and nutritious breakfast option that you can prepare overnight!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sliced banana
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
